Tropical Dry Martini

7 : 1 Porter’s Tropical Old Tom to dry vermouth

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into cocktail glass

Garnish with lemon zest / lemon coin

Tropical Bramble

50ml Porter’s Tropical Old Tom

25ml Fresh lemon juice

12.5ml sugar/simple syrup

10ml crème de mûre / blackberry liqueur

Serve over crushed ice

Garnish with blackberry and/or lemon wedge

G&T with Lime

1 Part Porter’s Gin

3 Parts premium tonic water

Server over ice

Garnish with 1/4 passion fruit
